Go to the top right and sign out of the steam account you no longer want to use and sign into the new one, our website accounts are based on steam accounts, if your discord or other options are linked to the old steam account you must fill out a unlink request for each of these and then proceed to sign into your new steam account and relink all of them after they were approved.

Of course, my whole team did. And the admins would wait until the end of wipe to do anything about it. Even though we reported multiple times and would continually engage them to keep them active on the server. EU long admins have problems. At least 5 friends and I always have had this issue on this server. “We looked into the player you reported and have determined that they are not cheating” lol

Half the times we just had to take it into our own hands and raid them away because we knew nothing would be done, just for them to come back a week later to have the same issue and finally get banned.
So many cheaters go unchecked on the server it’s ridiculous, yet my friend who plays 12-18 hours a day for many wipes on y’all’s server got banned because half the server reported him because of offlines. Silly zergs get to team up and push false reports through because of numbers while smaller groups get rolled on by cheaters without any help. It’s pretty ridiculous and I love the server because we get to play with the zergs, but it’s exhausting getting constantly ignored meanwhile we all pay VIP and put a lot of hours in daily. I’m looking to come back to the server soon and want to call out the admins on EU long for the terrible service we get as paying VIP players

I’m sorry you feel this way. I can assure you we complete all tickets submitted to us usually within a day but often less than a few hours.

All of our admins work on all of the servers. There are no “EU long admins”.

As for your friend have them submit a appeal if they have not already. We do not ban unless we are 100% certain the player is breaking our rules. It does not matter how many reports a player gets, we will not just ban based off reports.
