Every time I create a ticket, you say you watched the player and "thought it wasn't cheating". And 1 day later that player is VAC banned.

Banning that player means nothing after our enjoyment of the game is ruined.

You must do something about this immediately.

So I have been banned yesterday for “playing with a hacker” even though he was on our team and no one knew he was cheating, and moderators said make an appeal. Sounds great so far. However the appeal says denied without giving any reasons why it was denied. So can someone of the mods explain why was it denied even though there is no proof we have any idea he was cheating, as well as, the one who got banned did nothing the whole wipe.
