But sorry that it seems you've been having a rough time 😦 It does suck that people choose to be pieces of crap and cheat but I do believe the Rustoria staff team cares a shit ton and does everything they can all the time to follow up on every single concern. Can be hard to see from the player perspective though since they're behind-the-scenes handling stuff and when a cheater, or someone we suspect of cheating, messes with us, it feels like it's inescapable and no one cares if it's not solved instantly. They're human though and they catch an insane amount of cheaters and rulebreakers and they volunteer a ridiculous amount of time to just help others out. Hope you have a better time though, and especially beyond Rust, that everything is great

I will say having seen how it all works that the devs on Rustoria care a lot and do everything they can to minimize issues or streamline things to optimize the servers, but shit is going to happen :/ Never hurts to report anything in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" if you haven't yet as they do take every ticket seriously. And then of course F7 to report the suspect hacker in addition to the ticket obviously

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
