The admins are always following up on every concern as quickly and as in-depth as possible. Best thing you can ever do is send in a detailed ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)". Sometimes there are situations where it unfortunately doesn't play out exactly as you'd like :/ They will absolutely ban players who associate with hackers, but the admins are also human and can't be everywhere at once. They won't remove bases though. If you're still concerned about the group, send in a ticket, or if you see them associating with someone who you suspect of cheating. Otherwise have a good day and good luck. Never hurts too to have some sort of recording capability like GeForce Now or OBS so you can record evidence to submit to the admins

Yes our admins look at these. They automatically ban everyone who are in TC, GUI or team system depending on the server. NOW KEEP IN MIND. If you provide clips with them roaming together or raiding together they will also be banned. Also if an admin spectates players playing with the cheaters they will be banned. HOWEVER. If there isn't enough evidence to PROVE 100% that they are playing with the cheater we CAN'T take action against the other players. And keep in mind our admins are very busy and can't investigate a situation for too long. If you are unhappy with the decision you can make a complaint about that or another /ticket in-game and well be happy to help you out. 🙂

I love when people play the game and stand straight. I spend a lot of time in the game and it gets annoying when someone with no skill comes and dominates because they have cheats, it's not just about me, it's about the other person too!

Almost, it was a raid. Clan XCG raided Clan SUSU on Rustoria EU Medium. I was there with my teamates to watch the raid, we noticed that a guy on the raid base shoots very strangely, 150 meters and everything in one point, he could see everything 360 degrees. XCG only won the raid because of the hacker, because nobody could do anything once you were in the firing field of which you were killed. My teammate and I said it was a cheater and banned it via F7. After an hour the guy was banned by you for hacking.
His team wasn't banned though, do you understand me?

As for your other messages above - I understand your frustration, and each ticket is looked into as thoroughly as possible, but there is no guarantee that this player was associated with this group at the time of their ban, or it could simply have been missed, we're only human after all. On the flip side of that - the perspective of a player is extremely limited, and admins have the ability to look much more closely into a situation than a player could hope to - not saying that you're incorrect about this player being part of that team, but preparing you in case that this doesn't play out the way you're expecting, again, I don't know anything about this situation. I do however want to categorically rule out that there is any kind of preference given to any players by admins - Admins are solely interested in the well-being of the community as a whole, and under no circumstances would there be a situation where VIP or any other kind of status would prevent someone getting banned.

lowering the lod bias from nvidia inspector is gonne make the game look like mineacraft with the lowest mipmap levels made for the game

its gonne look the same as when u used 15 mipmap level

that's the kind of things that will be blocked later on by FP, there is usualy a slight delay between implementation/fix

give it a bit of time, driver based issues takes a bit of time to fix, you need to test over a large range of hardware to see the side effect of your fix, ...

servers are not able to detect that, therefore if you get banned it's not for that

therefore your record would be irrelevant

yea but if an admin spectates me idk if thats a thing anymore , and sees me shoot through grass its just me using lower lod bias
