Admins are always following up on every single ticket as quickly as possible- unfortunately there are normally a lot of different situations happening at any one time where each player feels it's urgent and the admins are 1. human 2. limited in their capacity to be everywhere at once :/ But they do an awesome job and as long as you've sent in a detailed ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" and used F7 to report to EAC as well, you're good

For sure, if they're cheating, that sucks :/ Happens. Rust has a cheating problem, much like most competitive online games, but all you can do is send in a ticket, refrain from calling anything out, and try to minimize their impact, whether it's roaming elsewhere or setting up a separate base. And people say they're cheating all the time just to fuck with others and troll. Really helps to not engage with them in chat or voice - too often players say "You're getting banned! We're reporting you!" and shit like that, while admins are trying to investigate.

When I was an admin I had sooo many times that I was spectating a player and the reporting individual was just screaming all kinds of crap at them making things slower or completely blowing an investigation. Best thing to do is keep your cool. Document stuff as well -if you aren't already, really good to record with something like OBS or Shadowplay as you can always submit a link to an uploaded YT clip in your ticket if you feel it's compelling evidence, or a screenshot on imgur of an F1 combatlog if you feel it's damning

That's the rule. If you follow that you will be able to build your water pumps, but other than that I'm afraid I can't help you.
