Network support is actually a joke wasted 3 hours and still my issue is not solved

What we are doing in network support is taking care of contacting the network provider that are between you and the server to provide the best connection possible, yes sometimes it takes 5 minutes if it's in our hands or a direct provider, sometimes it takes longer depending where the issue is.
If you want you can try to contact your ISP instead of us to see how long they will take to fix the issue 🙂

Checking PC doesn't do much in nearly every case - it's a mistaken belief. The admins here don't ban lightly. Should be understandable that they have a policy of not sharing specific details/evidence of a ban, especially with third parties, since beyond privacy it just serves to aid individuals in learning how to evade future detection, much better when they have no clue how they were caught. But either way, seems like your friend may have an issue and wouldn't recommend playing with them unless it's resolved

No point to call things out in a public forum - oftentimes can just make investigations more difficult. Best to just send in a single ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" and admins will always follow up as soon as humanly possible. It's just a reality they can't be everywhere instantly and they need to establish sufficient proof to ban, so be patient, and if you get a response that the player has gone offline or whatever, send in another ticket when you see them active, while refraining from calling them out. And like Sparkyyy said, helps to record proof if possible, as you can always include a link to an uploaded YT video or whatever in your ticket.
