Make sure to play via LAN (with direct connection to your PC). Lost items due to a lag, player disconnect or potential loosing it to a hacker will not be given back as we do not engage there with the gameplay (even if you do have a clip). Sorry about that.

Since you're linked, if it had received a response already you would have likely been DMd by a bot letting you know what happened. Pretty sure you can log back into http://bans.rustoria.co to see as well. Also doesn't really hurt to try to connect - if you're still banned, you'll know.

It's normally 1-3 days for a response. Sometimes much faster but the admins are always following up on them, along with everything else they're doing

Makes sense? Wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on them. If the solo is with more people then it can get dicey real quick, so if you see that, would be good to report it and be as specific as possible in the ticket

Doesn't hurt to have some sort of recording capability either, like GeForce Shadowplay or OBS, as you can always submit a link to an uploaded video as evidence like if you were to clearly see people over the limit together and PVPing, etc. Good question 🙂 And good luck

Aw yeah, it clearly says in the rules, when you join and if you type /rules that giving away a base isn't allowed and that it can absolutely cause you to be banned

It's a 5x Trio so it's easy enough to just build your own base. There are also kits for everyone like /kit starter and /kit wipe that also make it stupidly easy. Giving away or taking possession of a base just causes issues on a server that's so player amount sensitive anyways. But you live and learn and life goes on.

I did build my own base, they gave me their loot so I punched in their code and got banned.
