Hey just a question, had a ban appealed successfully but I just wanted to find out what triggered it. We were raiding some kid last night and in a last ditch effort to save his second base, he gave us the key codes to the base we were raiding so we would leave the other base alone. We used the codes and successfully finished clearing out the base. Shortly after we were banned for 3 days for exceeding the team limit. This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

There are some outlier cases and all factors are considered, most of which can't be detailed to anyone. But if you think there's an issue with a ban or something, sending in a single detailed ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" is a good way to go about it. No need to spam tickets and it's always a good idea to refrain from calling anything out in chat or on here since it can only normally hurt an investigation.

If you're receiving the disconnection message "World File Mismatch error":
Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

If you are having "Windows IO Exception: Win32 IO returned 112":
Then please make sure you have enough drive space.
