It can also be difficult from the player perspective to understand the validity of a ban notice in chat. Could have been the same name, different person - could have been a VPN issue, all sorts of reasons. But if they were caught and banned for cheating, they wouldn't be back. Again, best thing you can do is send in a detailed ticket while refraining from calling anything out in chat as that often fucks up investigations.

It also can be a really good idea to have some sort of recording software - like OBS or GeForce, as you're always welcome to upload a clip to Youtube as unlisted and include the link in a ticket, if you believe it could serve as evidence.

This is due to Googles API terms of service have changed meaning we need to make adjustments our side to comply with them. This involves waiting for a developers availability as well as awaiting verification from Google's API Verification team. Therefore making YouTube linking unavailable at the moment.
