I am a content creator and play on Rustoria US long quite frequently. I believe this could very well be the same person that has slandered my name and community before. One joking around about being an admin and trying to assist someone in your US long server doesn't qualify as a lifetime ban in my opinion. The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

I already wrote to you - 06/07/2022. I have never been in such a situation, I have played more than 4 thousand hours, this is my first ban. I got into a team with strangers whom I don’t know, and for this you gave me a permanent ban, for me it was a lesson from which I concluded that you can’t play with strangers. Please check my lock.
