Finally i got an answer on my appeal. Bad that this is the way you handle with players.
Because still i got no answer why we only the half of our team got the 30 days ban and not all of the team. If ban than whole team or only the hacker. Why only half?? And the name of the player who was hacking/cheating in your eyes. Because everyone is saying he wasn't. I need to know, to stop playing with this person.
Would be nice if a real person (admin) would give me those informations by PM.

One bans for 30 days, the other for 7 days. In that respect I feel wrongly treated. And I would still like to know which of the players I have to thank for this shit.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
