Nah, they're human but they're very diligent and the whole team reviews everything to be as fair as humanly possible. But situations like yours happen, where likely based on a misunderstanding you feel picked on or some shit. I just woke up so I don't know your exact thing but to think that any of the admins who are in here now do anything less than work extremely hard to apply the rules fairly is a mistake. They're honestly awesome and the community is very lucky to have them around. If they gave you an answer, that's it. They know what they're talking about. Would recommend listening to them, maybe taking a breather and going to do something else while you wait for a response to your appeal. It's just a game - chill out - no one is picking on you. We generally try to detect VPNs and make sure they don't get banned, but it just happens once in a while. Its the risk of using a VPN on our servers.
