This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

On appeal I was denied with no reason and presented no evidence. After multiple attempts with you all it came to no proper conclusion. I gave up and moved on another server. There's been many situations like that - and sometimes people can feel picked on but every single time has been that there's just been an unfortunate issue.
