You need to browse to the exact same location that Trashy wrote and you should see your Rust folder which will also contain your maps folder

If you still cannot find the folder, you can right click Rust in steam and click properties, then go to "Local Files" and click "Browse" this will open the folder directly for you

well if it's EAC ban there is absolutely nothing Rustoria can do for you. If you manage to fix it then you can appeal on Rustoria (if you're banned here as well).

You only need to submit one request, if that is denied then you have no chance.

If you have indeed been hacked and you do remain innocent then I suggest a new account is the best option.
