@west mica We got banned yesterday. We played together with my friends: "HONEOYE, Fituchini, i need helps and duskey98". Not far from our base settled guy with the nick "Elizabeth", who killed us a couple of times, and then we raided his TC, but not the all house and we went home to make some 5.56 explosive for raid all his house, but he came to us and offered to raid a neighbor living on the L17, In return, he was ready to farm sulfur and give us just everything he has in the house, we thought about it and agreed and added him to the team, unlock TC on his base and he really went to dig sulfur and came with all his loot. After melting sulfur, HONEOYE goes to craft rockets and went to build a raid house at L17 and at that point we realized Elizabeth he uses cheats as he began to climb on the house without ladder of our neighbors and he was kicked from the server (flyhack or something like that), after this HONEOYE permamently use "kill" in console and asked me to the report on him, and he at this point remove him from tourels, Elizabeth was get banned by admin and we got banned too after 10-15 minutes. We see him for the first time and never communicated with him before, only today we communicated with him in voice chat and team chat in the game, don't add him in Steam/Discord and etc.. I ask you to understand us in this situation and unban at least for the this wipe.

We like to have a clip where possible so we can see what you have seen that you believe is sus. Then we can investigate and have an idea of what we are looking for in the first place. It helps to build up a picture of what is happening.

Even with a clip we still fully investigate each player reported and take as much time as is required to do so.

It is still worth the report/ticket we still look into a lot of information even about offline players. You also have to remember that what is blatant to a player is not always someone cheating. When an admin looks at a player they have a much wider view of what is going on and can make an informed choice about things. But as I have said we will happily still look into the person and see what is going on.

Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.

Hi there! Is there any way to expedite the ban appeal since it is the weekend and the old Rust crew are NOT banned (all three are playing) and we booked out time in advance to play this weekend. We are all in our 30s with families, kids, etc, so having a ban for playing with a cheater is really confusing: especially when none of them are banned. So it might have been from when I was trying to meet new friends, etc when they were offline?

OR WHEN I REPORTED A DUDE who I thought was cheating with an aimbot when we played together and I left his group... but that would have been like 6-12 months ago and I have no way to even remember who it was.
