go to your game settings under the "experimental" tab and check if "fast loading" or whatever it's called is turned on or not. If it's on please turn it off as it causes game crashes in some cases

after turning it off, restart your game then try to load back into the server again

discord is not useless when it comes to support. However, if you wish to report a rulebreaker, it's never a good idea to call them out in public. They can stop teaming and admins may not have enough evidence on them. Same goes for cheaters as well. That's why best option is to create a ticket in-game to notify the admins without publicly calling out cheaters
