They can take anywhere from immediately to few hours (from my experience) it all depends on how many tickets admins have to go through before getting to yours and how many admins are available but rest assured that if those players are cheating/harbouring cheaters then they will for sure get dealt with.

This is not a question towards support as it is not server related. Though you should check with your builder as probably you do not have the proper external TC set up and you just made them overlap

In a proper multi TC you need to disconnect the outer ones in order to allow TC placement in your base

the normal TC mechanic is to expand from the last block placed that is connected to this TC. If your outer TCs are transferring building privilege where your initial TC was (no need to be connected with actual building material) you will not be able to place a new TC.

to wrap it up probably your stacking was wrong or you did not make your outer TCs disconnect able

Hey, this morning I joined Rustoria EU Long, and I have noticed the player Hana was offering guns if I farmed metal for him. Lots of players agreed, and I have joined his team after a bit of trouble with him bagging me.
