This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Adding on that, only reason most of the bugs in the game actually get patched is due to exposure, so having streamers use it in some cases is good in the short term but doesnt end up helping them at all

Yes, this is an extremely common policy amongst any server of repute that I'm aware of - we will never share evidence or specific reasoning, in order to protect methods of detection. Having said that, we don't ban lightly, and spend a huge amount of time and resources investigating and banning cheaters. If you've nothing to hide, you've nothing to fear 🙂
