This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

there is no possible cheat to go through walls into someone's base that i've heard of at least. However, if you do suspect a player of cheating then you should submit a ticket in-game without calling them out like you just did in the chat because it only makes it harder for the admins to deal with them as they may toggle off. I assure you from personal experience that the admins do care a lot and very active on the servers but you just gotta do your part and report those cheaters so they can deal with them asap

i'm not a staff member, i'm just offering as much help as i possible can. And no you don't have to get them to cheat again or lose more progress to them in order to create your ticket. Evidence is not required but helpful. I'd just submit the ticket regardless if you have evidence or not because the admins do check each and every ticket no matter the evidence

There is something you can do. Report the cheater in a ticket and explain what they did to you to prevent them from doing it to someone else or possibly even you again

you'll be surprised how much effort admins put into each ticket submitted and you'll feel much needed relief once you see the cheater's name in the chat getting banned

We do care about racists, we want all players to feel welcome no matter their ethnicity, religion etc. But it is very hard for us to moderate voice chat as clips are 1. Not 100% able to verify if they are real or not as they might be edited etc. 2. There is no way for us to log evidence as it's through voice chat and not text chat. I hope you understand.

First of all, you say there is no racism allowed, 0 tolerance, then say "Only in chat" why would that matter if you say there is a 0 tolerance, that means in any way possible, 2nd of all, i have original clips as you see.
