As also for the ticket number you are posting are handled internally by the admins and you should receive an ingame response to that ticket that you can access by pressing the F1 key to enter console mode.

As for the video you do not need to use youtube you can use any video hosting service such as streamable and provide a link to it.

it's up to the streamer to do everything necessary to hide the server he's on. If the streamer would invite people to the server they can't really complain about "stream sniping"
