The best think to do is to try and describe the situation to the best you can. I would write for example the last time i played on one of our servers and try to describe the events. Example: "i played in EU main 1 month ago and now i can not login as i have an active ban for hacking. I do not know why" etc etc etc. You should be honest in your ticket and admins will review your case. It might take up to 3 days so be patient.
