Well, for an example - some of the teammates were offline when this "incident" happened that I believe none of us were a part of. One teammate got his ban lifted because he was offline. The others (that were offline) didn't get their bans lifted. Listen, I know you have many players and I don't expect you to bend over backwards because we are donators. But it's a bit frustrating that we can't get help when we spend a lot of time - and money - playing on Rustoria servers. For an instance - I didn't break a single rule myself. I can't talk for everyone else. But I'm 100% sure of my own case.

The fact that one teammate got his ban lifted shows that it wasn't a team ban. It's because someone did something individually. Breaking clan limit it said. I never broke any clan limit and surely didn't team up with anyone. I got onto the server mid-raid and tried to grab loot. That's all. Few minutes later, banned.

The rest of the clan want to switch servers (not a "threat") because of this - I don't, so I said I would give it a shot to talk to you guys hoping we could atleast converse about it.

As you can see with your friend that got unbanned while being offline, all the appeal are reviewed, if one ban is kept while another not there is most certainly a reason behind it

because if you've been banned then in 99.99% of the cases we already have solid evidence of you breaking our rules so talking to an admin would just be a ping pong conversation where you won't be satisfied with the answers regardless of how much the admins try to help because the only satisfaction is you getting unbanned and that would waste so much time for admins to talk to each banned player. We have our appeal system so in the very extreme cases where it's just a mistake, we have a 2nd look over your account and re-evaluate it. That's why our appeal responses are our final decision no matter what it is. Also, we don't share info about our bans whatsoever so i'm not sure how would it be useful to speak to an admin when you won't get the answers you're looking for.
