I'm sorry but you have no clue what it's like to be an admin on a major server system 😦 They're spending hours watching players and following up on every report. They ban quickly but all situations need proof. You may think someone is clearly cheating when they aren't - or there can be unfortunate times when an admin can't make it to your specific problem in time before the individual logs off. They'll always follow up and the best thing to do is just send in another ticket when you see the player back online and active. But also I get how something can be a huge deal to you but you have to remember that there are shit tons of players having their own urgent problems that also need to followed up

There can be misunderstandings or further information after an initial ban goes through. Association isn't a perm ban - it's usually 7 days. But there are situations where it's resolved quickly. I'm sure if those individuals are playing with a cheater, they're screwed. If you believe that's the case moving forward then send in an in-game ticket and yeah. Can't really trust the in-game ban announcements- there are all sorts of reasons and players don't have much info
