This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

If someone is suspected of using ESP for example, they need to be spectated real time to determine that, but they will be offline most likely by the time anyone looks at these tickets. It is for this reason we're likely done with Rustoria servers sadly.
