Last time Rust+ wasn't working for me was when the app itself wasn't updated, for some reason you have to update it manually through the app.
Head to settings in the app, and go to the bottom, where you should see "update available". Hopefully that fixes it.

ban period for playing with cheater is usually 7 days, but can vary depending on the circumstances.

That works. If an admin is around they'll check it out, but the most likely thing is that you'll have to wait for a reponse on your appeal. It is only your banning admin that can reply and it usually takes 1 - 3 business days for a reply. I appreciate your patience.
