EU Main is experiencing memory leaks much more often than other servers. Facepunch released a better version of their tool to help figure this out on Wednesday, it will be active when it boots back up and if it happens again, we should hopefully get some useful data for once

That to me suggest that there could be another issue with the server rather then with the software, even if there is more events happening there is other servers that deal with the same amount of traffic and events. It could be the way the server is set up for the game that could be causing the issue
