while thats like prob nothing for comp, idk i just know i was on way too much when i did comp, thats a bit strange to have that req then also say youre just a chill non-comp island

2h per day is not that much when especially now when that its the holidays and everyone has a lot of free time

if someone is going on vacation and dont play on skylock wont join now lol also you dont have to sit at home all day to have 2 hours free

if someone is already on the island and has some excuse for leaving and is generally active its a different situation than if someone plays 2 hours a week and the only thing he do is block the slot
