i tried to double click it and it didn't work, it just opened an empty command prompt. i will add that i changed the name of the folder it was in.

- Have you tried re-downloading it
- Have you tried waiting a little bit for it?
- Have you tried disabling the internet when trying to open it?
- Clean your installs folder
