my first thought was gtk-rs lmao
but yeah if this is still a think im semi-interested, don't get the full scope of what this library/project includes atm
I came here attracted by the title, what was it?
some set of space science library tools or something I barely remember
Shame, I thought that was some GUI library
I said the same thing lol
checkout xilem
I know about xilem, I'm only here because I tried them all already
nice
The conclusion I made: Iced for retained (but it's a bit immature still) and egui for immediate mode
have you looked at xilems ideas though
I read the article about it
And it all looks very promising
But right now everything is at early stages
So it's hard to judge at this point
Hey, yes I wanted to summarize the framework a little better.
Indeed this is not a GUI framework :p
RTK-rs is hosted on github.com right here: https://github.com/rtk-rs
and regroups a set of libraries and applications dedicated to GNSS and Geodetic applications. The current major libraries being:
- the RINEX parser
- the SP3 parser
- the CGGTTS parser
- the BINEX parser
gnss-qcfor geo post-processing
starting from mid 2023 rtk-rs became advanced enough to cover some of the functionnalities that the historical RTKLibframework offers (C/C++)
All my devs are fully open-source and we're looking for people knowledgeable in GEO/GNSS processing to contribute or help beta-test the existing framework, because it covers quite a bit.
rtk-rs is investigated by Paris Observatory and ESA to see if it could serve as a modern replacement of some of their tools
