Why pre build of llvm is not available for windows there is no llvm-config.exe file in bin 😦

I installed it via exe file but found no llvm-config.exe .The last option left is building it from source that would require minimum of 50 GB of storage and a much needed time

Out of curiosity, what do you need an llvm build for?

I don't need llvm build only the one thing I need is the llvm-config file . Which is missing when I download it on windows via the installer
