Typst Renderer Bot

So, you may have heard of Typst, a nice typesetting language with the goal of displacing LaTeX. It was suggested in #offtopic recently that we should have a Discord bot for rendering it, just like we do with LaTeX (@cyan stream). So, I joined the Typst Discord server to see if they have one, and they do!

I suggest we add this bot, but we will need to host it ourselves, and so this is somewhat blocked on @torn thicket's ability and availability to do so.
(I do have a VPS I would be comfortable volunteering for the purpose, but I believe Melo prefers to run such self-hosted-for-the-server bots himself.)
