I feel it is not very difficult to learn rust but I will say learning programming language you will require some patience as well as a strong interest (passion) for it. Once you have them then nothing hard believe me you will just need to practice like half or 1 hour everyday and you are good to go. For starting your journey in rust I would suggest this video tutorial series based on the rust lang book you might find it helpful 🙂 :
