Game Of War Project for Cert

Hey guys,
I need some help with finalizing this project that is essentially making a game of the card game War.

My instructor says I basically need to create the Player class (c) all the way down and I'd essentially be done. I'm completely stumped so far. There is a link to to github of the code that I have and I'd appreciate any help/ feedback on how to complete this. For added context, I'm in Eclipse.
