#VS Code Run problem

I am trying to run java in VScode and trying to get the desired output as, i tyoe the code in Demo.java, give input from input.txt and have my output in output.txt as i am learning from a lecture. but when i run the code i don't get the desired output

Also, if you're a beginner who doesn't know how to compile and run Java by hand, then we would recommend you not to use VS Code. Use IntelliJ instead

Which ide should I use?
IDE usage is subjective. Some people want all the features that modern IDE's can give you. Some people want a minimal editor.
We suggest that you try a couple out for a couple days and see which one you prefer. The best IDE is the one that works best for you.

Idk, that's a VS Code thing. If you want it to just work when you hit the Run button, use IntelliJ as I mentioned earlier
