#My Eclipse IDE is broken

<@&987246527741304832> please have a look, thanks.
When I try to reimport the eclipse-workspace directory it doesn't work
I feel like maybe the application doesn't know where it's own files are?
Just tried reinstalling, it doesn't work
Odd that it's looking on the desktop. It may not like the workspace being there.
We've seen issues with the MOOC when the profilespace is stored on OneDrive... maybe Eclipse has similar issues.
onedrive is known for causing issues, yeah
its mostly bc it doesn't act like regular folders
I put it on the desktop
It's been working fine before but now suddenly it just doesn't work
Nothing works
Can you check Windows > Open Perspective whether the proper perspectives are selected? Alternatively, you could always use IntelliJ CE which is also free, and in my opinion the better IDE.
Okay
None of the Java perspectives work
Things like Debug and Git open things, but nothing from Java (default), Browsing, or Type Hierarchy.
Can you try and create another workspace to test? It's odd that after reinstall is still broken, i reckon something bad is happening with the workspace... The reinstall was clean? No add ons etc??
