First of, please format your code

Secondly, why do you have two Application classes ?

You should only have one

And find better names, "Controller" doesn't mean anything alone, same for "FXMLDocmument" and "PremierePageDuJeu"

And so, what's the problem ?
You have a method jouerBoutonAction, what doesn't work ?
