yes the constraint should be csc(theta) != -1 aka 270degrees or -90degrees cant equal theta

yes it should be saying != -1 since -1 + 1 = 0 => divide by zero

and then theta cannot equal n*pi radians (or n*180 degrees) to preserve the csc divide by zero (another case of divide by zero)
