Maybe diversify
The screening process cares not for what you know, but merely buzzword bingo
I get that but I am always feeling like I am still not good enough. From an experienced point of view can you suggest anything that I need to learn or focus on ?
well that feeling is likely just a feeling
the negative experiences you've been having are only loosely correlated
the reason i know that is that you are stopped before they ever talk to you
if you talk to people and then you fail thats a different thing, but if you aren't getting interviews we just need to start playing buzzword bingo
and maybe doing more targeted socializing
Thank you for your advice and time. I much appreciate it ❤️
Still my cv almost doesn't pass the screening process and I didn't get an interview once.
Open a couple of java-juniour vacancies and check if your resume has the same technologies. Create a list of "common-used" requirements. Copy-paste missing technologies to your CV and start learning, if you don't know them
could just be that your going in to narrow with your skills, broaden them
That sounds like a really good approach will use it definitely
I didn’t understand your point, please elaborate
u might have made your resume to focussed on your skillset, like u mentioned them higher up
Anyone skimming such resume will only see ' spring'
its like Ethan said higher, its keyword scanning that happens
whats your education & experience?
I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, graduated in july 2023 but unfortunately I don’t have any real work experience
