Hi, I am beginner in Java. I looked at statistic in TIOBE. There is so much decrement in Java like more than 4% and 1.4 increment in C#. I am so concerned. Java don't do big improvements in last years. C# is faster than it. As a beginner I need to find job in few months, do you know Will Oracle do some improvements in Java that will make it better than now.Just Oracle don't do anything remarkable to Java in last years, it is so careless to Java.

I don't say that Java is a bad language. I AM beginner and I am so concerned about this situation.

worry, Java is still a widely used and popular programming language. While it may have seen a slight decrease in popularity according to TIOBE's statistics, it is important to remember that these rankings can fluctuate over time.

Java has a large and active community of developers and continues to receive updates and improvements from Oracle, the company behind Java. The language is constantly evolving to meet the needs of modern software development.

Additionally, Java has a strong presence in enterprise-level applications, Android development, and big data processing, which ensures its relevance in the industry.

As a beginner in Java, you can still confidently pursue learning and working with the language. There are plenty of resources available online, such as tutorials, documentation, and forums, where you can find support and guidance throughout your journey.

Hi, I am beginner in Java. I looked at statistic in TIOBE. There is so much decrement in Java like more than 4% and 1.4 increment in C#.
Yet it is still 4th after 25 years
And TIOBE index is trash btw, counting the number of google results is not a good indicator
Java don't do big improvements in last years.
No improvements ? What habout the half dozen of features that arrive each 6 months ?
C# is faster than it.
Proof ?
Just Oracle don't do anything remarkable to Java in last years, it is so careless to Java.
A lot of stuff happened, but it seems that you didn't research anything.

This is a statement, not a question. It deserved the rebuttal it got. The supplicant does carry some responsibility for setting the tone.

🥹Thank you, actually today so much person said me about changing Java and making this decision is so critical to me, because I have limited time and money as a university student, because I need to start a job after finishing university.
Thank you again for understanding me 🙏
