its called a parameter hint

its the IDE showing u the names of the parameters of that method

not useful in this case, but in many others

for example
foo("John", 20, 30) u wouldn't really understand what the parameters and their order mean

but with hints it becomes obvious

foo(name:"John", age:20, weight:30)

as an example

u can configure when and if it should show that in the ide settings
