Error: Could not create Java Virtual Machine help!

ik this isnt a code based question but this is the only place i thought of to ask.. the first ss is of the error, the other is when i did "java -version" in cmd, so i know something's probs wrong with my java installation, but I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, is there any other fix?

press windows key, search environment variable, then click on environment variables twice, then try to find _JAVA_OPTIONS and delete it, then save, then restart cmd

i have literally no idea it happens on literally every computer i install java on
