While you are waiting for getting help, here are some tips to improve your experience:
If nobody is calling back, that usually means that your question was not well asked and hence nobody feels confident enough answering. Try to use your time to elaborate, provide details, context, more code, examples and maybe some screenshots. With enough info, someone knows the answer for sure.
Don't forget to close your thread using the command </help-thread close:1027500463647621170> when your question has been answered, thanks.
i feel like this is probably the wrong community to ask this and get help
id suggest u get professional help, this sounds concerning
Hmm what i want to know is, is there people that do dev and softwares having same problem?
i dont think this is related to dev
i do know people who feel tired regardless of sleep, yes
what ur describing sounds like a form of depression to me
I know people feeling the same thet think that it cuz of this kind of work
but im not an expert. there are mental health communities who can provide u with better help, im sure
Any suggeestion please
Leave programming for 1 mounth and do something else during that time. I also had a mounth break and i feel better after that break
do you work remotely?
if you don't, try doing it even if it means a salary downgrade
Aren't you like 14?
What is it? Why remote
I feel like i have similar problems, when i go to school i get extremely sleepy and dont pay attention and im always thinking about programming when ill get home(im full of energy for some reason at home)
But i get 8+ hours of sleep
Cold shower + some pull ups, thats the key ngl
With 14 you can already work and do thick bucks, as well in that situtation you will need to do ur own things like a online shop or some since no one will get you on a full time job already because of legal stuff
yeah, lets not go giving hustle tips to children
thats depressing
go outside, have fun. Hang out with friends
Aside from psychological help, it might not hurt getting blood tests done. There's a whole range of conditions which might cause fatigue as well
It sounds like you need professional help, not by anonymous people on discord
I did , i went to doctors of many areas , they told me "visit a psychologist".
I went there and he told me "you have depression, this illness is getting popular nowadays", gave me medicines, and I took the medicines and now after 1 year almost. I still feel same
I think it's related to the kind of job and domain i follow, because some other people, who work same as me, told me they experience same issues
The question is why this didn't exist pre covid?
I did it , no problems!
In my country many places has become boring to me, i want to go to gym to have fun, but feeling tired.
okay so we've found the real problems here
i think about making a girl friend , but that requires good money
This just is not true
In summer, the whether is +30° , I cannot imagine myself hanging with a girl without being on acar.
are you in fucking dubai?
ive never had to spend money worth mentioning for my gf lol
just hang out with people man.
Thats the opposite extreme. Date your girlfriend dude
well yeah. but its not going to make me bankrupt

anyways
its like the occasional 30 bucks per week for cinema or sth
you sound like you have a social life problem @noble dagger
much less than im spending on games or stuff for myself
a therapist cannot make you friends
that falls on you
but you are doing what we in the biz like to call "self sabotaging"
Even normal friends look for exploit
I guess im not
Anyway i dnt want to go deeper with this topic, i was laughing when I wrote the question, was looking for a minimum answers
go to a public place
and do either
- Put a fucking checkers board in front of you already set up
- A sign that says "free conversation"
and just work on something
"wow I can't sleep and coding isn't fun and the doctor says I'm depressed"
"will it get better if i GRIND"
like fucking obviously your problem has nothing to do with code
go the fuck outside
