While you are waiting for getting help, here are some tips to improve your experience:

It opens with a console if you run it with java, and without when run with javaw (windowsless), iirc
so how to run it with java

If you're double click executing it, you probably need to change the default program to java
so no way to create a ternimal by code???
Unless you want to use GUI libraries, no, I don't think so
