While you are waiting for getting help, here are some tips to improve your experience:

as the error says. the class is final. u can't mock it
that said, it feels like ur using an old version of Java and mockito?
i believe the newer versions got rid of this limitation
that said, instead of mocking it, u could also just seed it. a seeded random always behaves the same way
