Im having an issue on using Mockito i have do everything wring but i still get this error

as the error says. the class is final. u can't mock it

that said, it feels like ur using an old version of Java and mockito?

i believe the newer versions got rid of this limitation

that said, instead of mocking it, u could also just seed it. a seeded random always behaves the same way
