This is the error when running mvn package from the intellij IDE

Bad service configuration file, or exception thrown while constructing Processor object: javax.annotation.processing.Processor: Provider org.neo4j.tooling.procedure.ProcedureProcessor could not be instantiated

SOLVED: I solved it by switching maven compiler target release to 11 and 17 (invalid) compiling and the switching back to 17, 17. Makes perfect sense! Took about two hours of my life
