Class com.something... not found - continuing with a stub

I am having probably a very silly error in java where I am being told that "Class com.something... not found - continuing with a stub" but in the classpath, I'm seeing the jar file containing the classes are there, so I'm not sure how to check further, can somebody help?

While you are waiting for getting help, here are some tips to improve your experience:

Code is much easier to read if posted with syntax highlighting and proper formatting.
