Instead of default login form in spring security i wanted to have my own form at front end, the idea is to grab credentials and send a request that is directly consumed by the security filter chain and authenticated. Im out of options checkout out a lot of resources, there was one suggestion to create a custom filter of my own, grab creds from request and replace the usernameauth filter with this and basically authenticate the user. But im slightly confused regarding teh approach.
