I just tested it on LAN. A Soviet Flak Cannon blows up a few seconds into the round.

Yeah, the out of bounds script zone blows up anything game object based that's within it.
If you have anything that's a vehicle or infantry in it, regardless of owned faction, it'll blow it up.
Flak Cannons are actually vehicles, so this would sync up.

Huh, i thought that meant that buildings would blow up for being out of bounds, didn’t know the flak cannon was actually a vehicle technically

All base defenses in APB and AR are vehicles. Renegade and TSR have the Obelisk of Light and the Advanced Guard Tower which are actual buildings.
