"-Radar doesn't show if unit is above or below you" I think this is a good tradeoff to having all radar. Makes ambushes slightly more possible.
Overall though, your dossier makes a lot of good points imo!

Overall, if you push some stuck vehicle, your vehicle can start floating away and wiggliing all around
