As far as I can help, just work on your style, study anatomy if you want to do bodies, and just draw on paper till you feel you are good at it, if you go straight to digital you'll have to learn like 12 times as much.

It's best to try to draw your own hands in different angles. Eventually it becomes muscle memory and you can kind of draw a hand whatever angle you desire if you do it enough
